Try before you buy
SpinTrack has a free demo edition so you can test it on your own Mac before you pay. Please use it to confirm SpinTrack fits your setup.
30-day money-back guarantee
If SpinTrack does not work for you, email spintrack@gossettmedia.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full license price. Please include the email address used for the order, and tell us what went wrong so we can try to fix it. We would rather solve the problem first, but you do not have to accept a fix to get your refund.
How refunds work
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5 to 10 business days.
- When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated and you must stop using the Software.
- Taxes collected on the order are refunded along with the purchase price.
After 30 days
Licenses are generally non-refundable after 30 days. We will still consider requests for duplicate purchases, billing errors, or a defect we are unable to resolve.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We respond quickly, and a refund is faster than a chargeback.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the laws where you live.
